Useless Products Awful Customer Service

I have purchased a split 2 ton AC from Kenstar.

I was promised that it would be setup within 2 days. However this took over 2 weeks. This is not my complaint though.

They sent probably the most incompetent electrician to install the AC. He broke wires, short circuited the internal wiring etc. Three 3 days his boss tries to come and fix what this boy has damaged.

2 weeks after it gets going, the compressor stops working. I was lucky to have someone come over a week later and fix it.

After that the AC stopped functioning completely. I have called kenstar over 10 times. They "promise" me that someone will come today itself to fix it. I have the people call me up and ask for landmarks and then dont show up.

I have had it! i vow never to purchase ANYTHING kenstar again! It was a complete waste of 28, 000 rupees.
