WASHING MACHINE - VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

I have purchased Kenstar LF washing machine in coimbatore. Due to some unknown problems, the machine was not running for the past 10 Days. We have lodged a complaint no: COI0203090001 they have not yet attend. Then once again we have lodged another complaint no: COI050309172. still this date of 06.03. they have not attended.

Regarding this matter we have informed to this to Regional Manager Mr. Vishweswaran through his mobile 9003042610. He asked us to contact to Mr. Pradeep (Coimbatore kenstar Manager) to his mobile no: 97900965650. He asked us to pass this matter to Executive (Coimbatore Kenstar) Mr. Sreedhar of his mobile no: 979065653. He says we will look this tommoroe.

Totally the kenstar company people play a many customers. Why we the people do not go to the Consumer Court, to band this machine and the Company?
