Unsatisfactory Performance - Mixe

I purchased Kenstar Mixer Grinder - Model: MG0411, Sl. No. 010030804658, from M/S.Bharati Sttel Center, 19th Main Road, First Block, Rajaninagar, Bangalore 560100, on 26th May.

Since the time I purchased this product and put it to use, I am not happy with the performance of the product. Whenever I grind dough, the machine heats up and starts emitting smoke. I took this product to the retailer on the 5th August and explained to the dealer regarding the problem. The dealer replaced the bushes. Thereafter too the problem has not ceased.

To prepare dough, it takes me a mimimum half hour everytime, since I have to let the machine cool and restart.

I am fed up with it. Since the retailer is almost 20 kms away from my residence, I cannot take to the retailer everytime.

I am fed up.

I wish an authorised company service engineer attends this issue at the earliest and I get the machine replaced.

The company warranty extends till 25th May.
