REGARDING PROBLEMS WITH FOOD PROCESSOR

Sir,

I brought KENSTAR FOOD PROCESSOR on 03-09. But after few days of use it started showing problems. I reported my problems to the authorised service center located in my city. But they showed no concern for my problem. The only reply they gave me was that THEY DON'T HAVE THE SPARE PARTS OF THE PRODUCT AS THE COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE THEM THE SPARE PARTS.

More than 10 days have passed after my problem was reported but no solution has been found for my problem. As the product is of daily use, that is why i am facing a lot of problem. If you could help me in solving my problem i would be really thankful to you.
