I bought a kenstar washing machine on 3-06-06. Warranty period is for 24 months. After 14 months i got a problem with the water connector... I called the no 04712555044 which was given by the technician... What they told was " they wont do any warranty" and gave me another no 04712334898... i called the second no... "they too told the same and gave a number ..." ""Surprise""-- it was the same first no (04712555044)... "

Are they playing hide-and-seek...? what about the Warranty... My washing machine...?
