Sir, I regret to write this complaint against a trustworthy company as Kenstar. I had purchased Kenstar Microwave Oven 25ACF, amounting to Rs 8, 300.00, on 08/05. The product started developing problems within a fortnight. At first the machine would'nt start, which was fixed after repeated complaints. Then again the problem surfaced within a month of "repair", which was again fixed after repeated complaints. Then there was a certain door malfunction, which took around a month for diagnosis, which was "fixed" as well. Then the internal light would not glow, which was again fixed. In April a faulty convection system was detected. We were adviced not to use it until it was repaired. Till now, even after scores of complaints, it has not been fixed yet.
I humbly request the due authorities to look into the matter and act at the earliest.
