Dear Sir/Madam,

I have kenstar product (air cooler) in my home & i didnt know that kenstar donot provide after sales service in india. I have right kenstar regarding the giving problems but have not received any response. Problem faced is water leakage and Elbow socket replacement is required & i have registered so many complaints since last 4 days. Nobody has turned up nor any call received from their side. I have traced around two dozen contact nors just to get the service done but none of them have so far solved the problem. I have committed sin by purchasing kenstar products & for forgiveness, i kindly request to look after this matter on urgent basis as you know the status of Delhi weather now a days its too hot and our 2 month child is also suffering from same.
