Poor after sale services

I purchased a washing machine of kenstar, now motor of our machine is not working i registered a complaint regarding this to yor customer care not once but several time, the only thing i got from there is a "COMPLAINT NUMBER"if you are not capable of providing after sale services put a lock on your company door and stop selling your appliances we heard a lot of good things about your company before . but know we advised other people to not purchase this brand.

we will not beg for the motor we can purchase a new machine of other good brands available in the market . kNow i hate hate hate hate KENSTAR
