Kenstar cooler - motor not working from day 2

Hello Sir,

I am a resident of faridabad, i purchased kenstar cooler from croma shop. After 2 day its motor stopped working and now it has been 15 days its still not corrected. Please guide me how can a consumer court help me to solve this issue.
