Kenstar Microwave is a hopeless microwave & moreover their service is pathetic..I have one specific complaint i.e 06004 which is lying almost for a month & no one just listens..Even I spok to their chief service Manager & he told "I AM HELPLESS"... I am repenting on Kenstar product... My suggestion is don't ever even try thinking of Kensta
