Not attending the complaint

Dear Sir,

I have sold one 34 ltr microwave complaint, which is not working within 6 monthsof sale. We repeatedly following up wiyh the matter with the nearest service centre authority, who is not attending the complaint but giving false comitments. Even i lodged a complaint with their service centre at kolkotta, but their promise also failed. I got fedup with their poor service. Now the customer is approching consumer foroum. Please inform me how to get service from such company?
