Poor quality of the product

We had purchased a KENSTAR Multi processor from M/s Darwesh Electronic & Appliances,

Roshanpura, New Market, Bhopal - 3

on 2.2.06, and ever since the day of purchase of the same it has been creating problem and the Lid of the Universal Jar is getting broken again and again we are not getting any satisfatory answer from the dealer nor from the local company Rep.

We had also recived a Free toaster along with the above processor under a scheme, but the Toaster did not work even for a day and the coil got burnt on the very first use and the company or the dealers did not cooperate at all.

Pl let me know the name, address & phone number of the head of Services Department so that I can take further action.

I am sure an organization as famous as KENSTAR will show very professional approach to this complaint and will do the needfull.
