Defective workmanship of the Product

Sir,

I resident in Andheri (west) Mumbai. I have Kenstar-Multiprocessor MF-0808 at my home which i had purchased on 29-06and from the date of purchased it has been giving a problem of motor overeating i have registered 3 complaints since last 3 days. Nobody has turned up nor any call received from their side. I think i had committed sin by purchasing kenstar products, i kindly request indian authorities to look into this matter or kindly take some action against the Kenstar india or BAN/BLACKLIST Kenstar on India soil.
