Toaster not working

One day while using the toaster, there was a spark and the toaster stopped working. we are residents of kanpur. since then we've been trying hard to get an authorized Kenstar service centre for us to go and get our toaster repaired. but we've been unsuccessful. can u please let us know of an authorised kenstar service centre in kanpur?
