KENSTAR.REFRIGERATOR
Failiur of Kenstar refrigerator and charged 1700 for rpai

I have purchased Kenstar Refrigerator Model No. KRC 180 SB on 12-9-07 from AMMINI Traders Tripunithura, Ernakulam. Company is offering a repacement warranty of 12 month from the date of purchase and repair warranty of 4 years starting from the date of purchase.

This refrigerator stopped its working on 12-03 and I reported to the company on 13-03-09.and get repaired on 16-03.Company technical person reported that the compressor is not working

and asked me Rs 1700/- for repairing activities which is a huge amount in comparison with the total price of this refrigerator.

So I humbly request you to look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
