I purchased a Refrigrator of Ken Star company on 12.02.2008. I found a crack on inner line of Refrigrator on 13.02.2008 and I have given a complaint on 14.02.2008. My complaint No. is 14056. No body active on my complaint. After I call to two or three time lastly some technician came on 21.02.2008 and said that after one week I will say answer about your complaint. No one active up to I went to their Office. At their Officer Mr. Fernandez said that repaid will not possible so the Refrigrator will be replace because only two days gone after purchase and I will report the same to my higher authorities for replacement. I wait 15 days for replacement. No respose. Again I met Mr. Fernandez, he said that I have given my report to Mr. Jama Khan, he is the person to replace you article. I talk to Mr. Jama Khan by phone. He said that within 10 days we will replace. I wait again 15 days. But no response. Totally 3 months time is over. No decision taken against my complaint i.e., the customer care of Ken Star People.
