Company not ready to take annual maintainance contract

Sir,

I purchased my kenstar washing machine 8 years back since then my machine is matintained my kenstar engg only. All these years company used to provide annual maintainance contract. But this year suddenly the company has changed the policy and denied the A.M.C. How can a company deny the Annual Maintanance Contract. I think no company deny this as the machine is maintain my them. Their denial shows lack of maintanance done by company service engineer. This is very irresponsible behaviour of the company.
