Kenstar Washing Machine
No proper Service

I had purchased a Kenstar Washing Machine from Harsha's, Mangalore 1 1/2 years back which I have been using sparingly. I had registered a complaint regarding draining of water with M/s. Harsha's, M'lore on 6.5. in turn they referred me to the service center. But till now there is no response or action taken. They are not giving any authentic reply. One reply is that there are no spare parts available. What am I supposed to do? I want either my washing machine repaired or replaced. Kindly give a favourable reply.
