Water Purifier leaking

Hi,

I had brought Kenstar water purifier last year. Recently I had noticed water leaking from the device. I made 2 complaints. Once of them named Prashant came and said that something had broken and it would need replacement. He said currently that is not available I would let you know when it is. After a week when nobody contacted. I contacted him (his no is 93322016150). At that time he asked me to contact directly to the company and said if he needs to come then he will have to be given service charge. Why didn't he inform this earlier? We again lodged a complaint after making a promise of getting back to us within 24 hrs no body contacted and we were forced to all again. This time they said the same that the part is not available. My product warranty is still October and I need either a replacement of the product or replacement of the part immediately. Can you please help? The complaint no is :- THA1808090219.
