Kenstar Water Purifier
No service provided inspite of calling the Call Cente

Hi,

I have been calling the Kenstar Call center for getting my Water filter serviced. I called up there toll free number 18004194040. I registered for Service on 5th Mar (Complaint No - PUN0503090036) and thereafter when I called up again on 10th Mar they provided me another Complaint No (PUN1003090434). They said on 10th and 11 th their offices are closed and hence will come on the 12th. They have so far not even called.

Please provide me with their Sr Managers number to register a complaint against this Service cente
