Kenstar Water Purifier
Horrible cusotmer service

Kenstar has horrible cusotmer service. I bought Water purifer from them.

I was having issue with PCB. Pune Service center people came and replaced PCB. They charged me for original and put the duplicate PCB. And it stopped working within a weeks time.

Till this date I am repeated calling them, but no help. As they have taken money and no botheration on their part.
