Awful service

I live in Pune. The Kenstar oven I had purchased was not working. I gave a complaint at their toll free number and it was registered on 12.3.2009.The authorised service agent contacted us on 16th March and then came to inspect the unit on 23rd March. My complaint no. is 1203090048.The service engineer told me that the PCB is faulty and that he would get me a replacement within 2 days. Till date I have not got any replacement nor my faulty one back. I must have called the service centre atleast 15 times in this one month period and every time they came with a different reply. Initially they told me that the person who collected the unit from my residence has left the organisation and they were not able to trace the unit.subsequently they told me that the spares are not available in Pune and they have to send a person to their factory at Aurangabad to collect the spares. When that didnot materialiseand I kept calling to know the ststus, on Mr. Pankaj told me that they had recd the unit in Pune, but will take time to bring it over because they had to complete formalities of stocks received and the stores will release it only after accounting for it. Then when I did not get the Pcb for more than a week after this narration, when I called them up, they told me that my PCB cannot be repaired and they will return my old one. When I asked Mr. Pankaj, their service personnel, why he had promised to fit it a week earlier when now he says it cannot be repaired, he refused to acknowledge he had ever spoken to me. I dont know the fate of the PCB which was taken from my Microwave oven, though it is almost a month it was taken away. Secondly, it was supposed to be replaced with a new unit, so i am unable to understand the technician's statement that it cannot be repaired. Can anyone help??? My contact no. o9890905016.
