Not giving proper product and service

On 21 july i purched kent water purifier from kent's distributer in patna. i contact noida office and kent send mr. Sarfarj (09308288288) from Rajabajar, patna. on that day i found that they are installing damage tank. i told them to replace it.they told me i ll replace at very next day. from that day i m calling them so many times but no body came to my house. than i call noida office they told me to contact Mr. Krishnandan (09311525241). he told me i will talk to distributer. i called him so many times but no body ready to replace it.now it is more than 4 month but i cant able to use my purifier porperly. i dont want this purifier.kindly return my all money. infact i wasted so many time and mobile bill for this stupid company. even kent promise to provide service after every 3month but after calling so many times no body turn up here.
