Sir we have purchased kent grand... from retailer in nainital... almost of rs 16000, retailer has given us that machine which is not working properly,

its stop every 5 min... and we have to stand just near it to fill the tank... it take almost 2hours to fill as it stop continuously after every 5 min...

we have caled to retailer many time..he makes excuses every time... and try to run out of it to solve our problem... even i have called kent coustumer care to but there is no positive result... now who is going to solve our problem... please feedback... phone no 09650188020...
