Frequent complaints in 4 months and very poor after sales service - response lead time minimum three to four days

Dear Sir / Madam
I have purchased a Kent Grand Mineral RO, unit serial no KRO81000329 few months back, was a regular user of Aqua Guard of Eureka Forbes. Within a span of four months I have faced so many problems with the machine and above all your after sales service is very very poor. I am actually calling to M/S A K marketing HB 214, Salt Lake City, Kolkata 105 but the response time from them is really pathetic. There was an initial complaint of the tap which was not working, your personnel visited and tied the tap with a wire. Secondly after few days there was no water coming from the tap, then again the RO was not working, now there is a problem the water is gushing out from the top of the machine instead of the tap. We would request you to change this machine and give us a new one as we are troubled so much that also within the Warranty period.
