Service not in time

Dear Sir,

I am writng it very heavy heart that despite of my number of requests to your dealer Bath Emporium Munish Builders Pathankot (Pb.) to get my water purifiers get service well in time but he is not paying any heed to my requests. This RO gets problem even during warranty period but I am getting satisfy service from aforsaid dealer. Even for paid service he is not botherd despite of numerous reqests. It is for your kind informaion I am your first customer in my town. I hope that approperiate action from your end.
