Not working, no service after sales

I purchased kent grand uv from your dealer - shiv shakti electronics- surat, 15 sahyog complex, near mann sarovar, amroli, surat on 09.05. after that nobody came for checking, last one year it is not working, somany times i contacted diff. offices and people in kent. nobody responding, nobody sending persons to repair. i spent 15000 rs. and my equipment is not working we are suffering, pl. help me to get repair
