Espected sir/madam,

i purchased a kent mineral RO two months back from ORIENTAL AGENCIES, 258, N-2 Harjinder Nagar, kanpur. however, due to the carelessness of your mechanic who installed my kent, the machine felt down after 3 hours from installation and a huge damage was caused to my kitchen and my machine. I informed Mr. vivek gupta your sales manager (9336225009) but no attention has been paid to this. i have called him thousand's of time but he dont receives my call and till date he has not even given my invoice and my guarranty card . i then called your area manager Mr. prashant, he visited the site and said he will get the machine replaced but now even he is not getting it replaced. I therefore, request you to please look in this matter, else i will have to go to the consumer court.
