Poor service

I purchased a RO from your dealer at Lucknow last year. For the last four days I am waiting for your technician to call on me and rectify the defect. One person came down and ckecked. He told that he will send another person. So far no one came to rectify the defect. It seems that your service centre here does not have spare parts. It is pitty that a service centre at state capital does not have parts. Can you please direct the concerned to attend the same immediately?
