Poor customer service within 3 months product failed (uv tube not funtioning)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I puchased Kent RO grand system from Sun Shine Solar sytems at MS Ramaiah Enclve Bangalore-73 on 17/7. A person named Rajshekar installed it at my place and took extra amount saying he will install aditional filer, till today he didnt install that filter. The Kent RO system stopped functioning on 7/11 i called Rajshekar and told about it. after calling somany time he came and saw the system and said UV tube has gone and he will replace with new one but again he didnt turn up and not answering my calls. I called up Bangalore KEnt office they have promissed me also they said his dealership is terminated long back. No i am helpless please help me. I tried to call Kent Noida head office but the number mentioned on website is not working.
