Not Satisfied With Kent Mineral RO UV Water Purifie

I bought a Kent MIneral RO UV Water Purifier in January.

Since Then there are some issues relating to purifier.

I got CArbon Filter changed free of cost as it was within warranty period.

I also got UV lamps and two other filters.

BUt now it is taking More than 5-6 hours to fill the tank of 8 liters and with a out put wastage of approx. 200 litres.

I want to get the piece change as it is not working properly since i ve bought it.

But the service center of Amritsar said that whole machine cannot be changed..

But i want to get it replaced because it is giving many propblems.
