NO response on register complaint on customer care no & sales executive no & local area incharge no

Last year on 31.07.07 we have purchased a kent ro system from company directly thru sales executive Mr. Ashok. From the date of purchase we are facving regular problem of water filter jamm. But on last complaint - KENT ro executives are not responding & we are not able to use our ro system because of filter problem.

So please look into this matter...
