Sales Tax Evasion Customer Rights abuse

First of all, when I visited this shop, I heard one of the shop assistants engaged in a verbal tiff with two woman customers. This appeared to be as a one off incident at that point of time. However, towards the end of my shopping I realized that the shop owners were mean, and had no respect or courtesy towards the customers in general.

Secondly, even after asking for a bill, I was not given a genuine one, which also depicts that they do not pay sales tax to the government, despite of charging more than MRP for certain items, which is bought from Kerala.
