Interruption in Electricity

Sir,

I am a consumer of Kerala State electricity Board - Consumer No.18179, Electrical Sreekariyam section, sreekariyam

Due to technical failure of the electricity line connected with this consumer no, there is interruption of power supply during 6.00 evening to 9.30 night. Though I have complained to the Section various times, the problem has not been rectified yet. The problem is with only one line.

considering the 1/2 hour load shedding, there is no electricity to this consumer number in most of the days.

Aslo it takes hours to rectify the problem when the complaint is reported. The Sreekariyam section as well as the emergency unit is showing poor responses in this matte
