My car (WAGON-R) was given to Popular Automobiles Trivandrum for service. There was a fault with the A/c and I wanted them to touch a few scratches. All service was done (as informed by the dealer) and I paid Rs.7500/- for the entire service. But the A/c is still as before and they have goofed up the touch up. I was made to wait for two hours (the dealer has called me and informed that the car was ready) before I could get my vehicle.

It was so humiliating and to top it the service was low quality.
