Water problem

Dear sir,

I am staying in Trivandrum, Kerala, (Pallithanam lane, Karamana, TC-21/498) In our Area there is No Water Supply for the past 12 days. Most of the people living here are struggling and given lot of complaints through phone to the Assitant Engineer of water Authority, Poojapura, Trivandrum, but there was no proper explanation or reply from him and he is not even visited the area. Almost 1000 people are living in this area Authorities concerned may please take immediate steps to save atleast our needs. Kindly take this as a human issue.please get it rectified at the earliest, .In this summer season all of us are really struggling a lot and we are eagerly waiting for your support.
