Salary not paid for feb

I am Bhargava BVN who was working in kesar since Jan and the company has winded up and while leaveing, I was informed by the company accounts (Bangalore operations) that, my fab 2008 salary was not paid since, it was deducted as TDS and they haven't yet given me my Form 16 nor have they paid my salary amount to IT dept and I have recently received a letter from IT dept that I am yet to pay my Income tax for the period, i was with Kesar Aluminium India Pvt Ltd.
