NOT GIVING GAS RE-FILLDOOR DELIVERY

I have booked my gas re-fill on 25th december booking no. 136, still i had not received my re-fill, my consumer No.13408, connection is in Hithyshi Enterprises, Anekal.and i complat given to customer care center in bangalore, but no use, again i called to sales officer Mr. Abhishek 2 to 3 times they are told me to not call them.and still i am not get the cylinder.and distrubuter telling me collect "cash and carry"every time, the godown is 12KM distence form my house.and they are not providing the discount, if i ask the discount distrobuter will vorning and bleming me.and i not ready to take cash and carry, so please make them to delivery to my house.
