Incorrect statement

In 8th sep-09, I find there is an entry of Rs.76.34 which is not showing in your system as per the discussion with your customer care officer. It was supposed to be reversed in 8th oct-09 statement which has not been done. The total bill amount of statement dated 8th sep and 8th Oct-09 was paid much before the due date as per the asurance given by your executive. To check my statement you may please check your conversation recording system. Finally I spoke to your Head service dept and have been told that the reversal will reflect in 8th nov statement. Can you please ensure me about the same? Awaiting for you early information.
