I have purchased 16 Trousers in the scheme of 1 1 free from dealer of rajkot (Gujarat). I have got bill of Rs. 7000/- but the dealer added amount of VAT on amount without discount which is of Rs. 14000/- . The taggs on the trousers indicated the rate with instruction in the bracket that (all taxes are included) then why should i pay the amount of VAT?
Pls. inform me about the legal action over the company and the dealer
