Return my money Rs. 19500/- from KEVIN POWER SOLUTIONS (P) LTD

Dear sir,

I had purchase ed. a DSP Sinewave Static UPS/Inverter in Rs. 19500/- dated 22nd Feb. from Power Controllers, opp. KDEM COLLEGE GATE, KOHARAPEER BAREILLY (U.P.)243003. UPS have some problem. Like as Charging on Generator & when UPS run properly simultaneously come Short Circuit. More over we made 9 complaints in last 5 months which took atleast 2-3 days to get resolve. This was really hight of poor service.

More over, I made last complaint on 13/08/09 against which no action or resolution has been provided till date. This results in lose of my business which I can’t tolerate at all.

So I want company to pick the device immediately from my shop and return my money with out taking any further time.

I request you to help me in this issue asap.
