Company not paying according to CTC

Sir,

I worked for Keystone Realtors pvt ltd from 18.02.08 to 23.03.09.During this period the company did not issued bonus. The bonus amount is part of our CTC and is detected from our monthly salary. In June the company provided bonus to all its present as well as past employees. But I have not received the same till date. The HR dept is also not responding properly about the same. Kindly guide me about the same.
