Regarding FAN problem

Myself a customer of your company has purchased a Flora Pedestal fan on dated 31/07 from SANJAY TRADERS, park market, Hirapur, Dhanbad (Jharkhand) Mobile-9431729306.But there was some technical problem in the fan. I have already complained the matter to the dealer but it has not been solved and the problem arises again. I am exhausted about the service of your company and I have to take tough action including lodging the complain in the consumer forum. Please provide me the best possible solution of my problem.
