Khaitan Electricals Limited / Emergency Lamp
Improper working in gaurentee period

I have purchased a Emergency lamp (model KEL-12T) of Khaital Electricals Ltd. from Ujjain retail shop on 17/04.Its service became improper under gaurentee period. The retailer is not repairing it and not replacing it. When I contacted to company by phone at 0734-2862205 they are not responding. I have also cntacted them by e-mail at complaint@khaitan.com and marketing@khaitan.com. But both addresses are fake.
