Not receiving of TIN Numbe

Respected Sir,

I'm tax consultant. My client Mr. Rajendra Khatod residence of Shrirampur, Dist. Ahmednagar [Maharashtra] & Prop.of Khatod Enterprises had submitted the Application for new TIN Number in place of old BST Number to the Sales Tax Officer, D-1529, Ahmednagar on 07/12/05 whose Appl. Serial No.was 0611687 but till today I do not got TIN Number. I applied & requested time to time to the concerned department but i got no response. Hence, I need your help, so pls.reply & solve my problem.
