Lack of service during warranty

We bought 2 sofas in the month of february.warranty exists for one year.one sofa is fine but the other sofa cushions are going down.we asked them to replace the cushions. They altered it but did not replace them. They delivered it on 14.10.2009.When I spoke with the concerned person she said if theres any more problem she will come and look after it. I complained that the problem is not rectified. Since then no one has come and looked after it.
