KH Groups/Caller ID Phone
Non-receipt of Cordless phone which was offered free on purchase of 1 unit of Caller id phone

This particular company titled KH Groups, No:4, I Floor, Pranathi complex, 80 Ft. Road, Marutinagar, Bangalore : 560072, send some executives on door-to-door sales of Caller id phones in various localaties of Bangalore. On purchase of one unit of Caller ID Phone from them, they promise to give one cordless phone free. But they never keep up their promise of giving the Cordless phone free. I bought one caller id phone unit from them vide their bill no: 1829 dt.12-3-08 and the concerned executive Ms Saroja promised to deliver the "Free" Cordless telephone within 2 days ie., within 14th March. It is now almost one and half months since that promised date, but they have not still delivered the Cordless phone. This complaint is purposely mounted on this website so as to enlighten other general public about how not to get cheated by this particular KH Groups.
