I have Ordered "Kids Free Hand Game: English Learner Laptop for Kids Free Hand Game & Watch" through rediffshop. I have received "English Learner Laptop for Kids" only. Two items "Free Hand Game & Watch" are missing. For this I had a telephonic communication with Mr. Ansari (AMS Exporter) and he promised me to delivered missing items within 2 days. But I haven't received anything yet.

I have also send email on amsexp@rediffmail.com twice but haven't got any reply.

I think I should go to Consumer Forum for mental harassment and not receiving product even I had paid fully.
