Kinetic Nova 135

Dear Sir,

I have Kinetic Nova 135 cc in Tanishq Motors, Law college road for the past 1 week. I am not getting any positive response from the service center guys. I want to replace the body and some other parts. Initially for the four days the vehicle was not touched at all and they told me that chassis need to be replaced and it is not available and will take a months time. After my insistence to let me know about the other replacements they later told me that the engine hanger needs to be replaced and the chassis is fine.

During my paid services also guys in Tanishq motors had created lot of problems.

I have also called kinetic call center guys at 020 27602061, 022 - 27474301, 27474305. They too have not responded.

I hope that my complaint will be resolved soon.
