Complaint of my scoote

I am using my Kinetic Nova 135 scooter from the past 3 years. I purchased from the Palakkad Malang Motors Showroom. I am facing difficulties with the vehichle like failure in starting and breakdown in between the journey. I am facing this problem from the past 3 years. From the next month after purchase the problem has started. Not only me, also a lot of customers with the same vehichle is facing this problem when i enquired. And company is not ready to rectify the problem completely and the service centres are charging high charges for rectifying this problem. Kindly help me regarding this.
